Because fragrance is personal and decants/partials cannot be resold once opened, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item received.
Unopened, unused BNIB items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the original packaging and seal are intact.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
